The 22nd International Leadership Workshop for Rural Youth took place from 23rd June to 8th July 2004 in the Training Centre of the Bavarian Farmer´s Association in Herrsching.

 

 

The participants were 80 experts from 50 countries from 4 continents.

 

The motto of the 22nd International Workshop were 2004 "Today´s Youth - Tomorrow´s Wealth".
