Anelia Coetzee is from South Africa where she runs her own rural and urban planning business full-time and farms part-time. She is focused and goal orientated. When working for the Rural Foundation, Anelia got the opportunity to attend the 17th International Seminar for the Promotion of Rural Youth Work in 1994. As training and youth development was part of her portfolio, the International Youth Seminar, as it was then called, was the ultimate experience she was looking for. She believes that her inquisitiveness to understand the facilitation process and her critique thereof, made her to become a facilitator of the International Leadership Workshop for rural youth. Anelia’s passion is making people seize opportunities.
